Frequently Asked Questions
Sessions
What ages are suitable to attend?
We recommend that your little one is able to pull to stand, as there are a few stations that are set off the ground. Please note that little ones WILL most likely put the messy play in their mouth, this is a very important way that they explore the world. If this is something you are not comfortable with we recommend waiting until they are a bit older or popping a dummy in their mouth. We have no maximum age as children of all ages love to get involved!
What is the structure of the session?
We are all about child-led, open ended play and that means that there is no set structured group activities in our sessions. The children can play where ever and with whatever they please! At the end of the session we come together for bubbles, this is a great signal for those that have been a few times that the session is finished and it's time to go home.
I am bringing two children, my youngest is not pulling to stand, do I need to still pay?
Any siblings under 9 months old do not require a ticket.
Where do I park?
We have 4 car parks directly outside our factory, the other carparks belong to our neighbours and they can become quite frustrated if our customers utilise their spots. We kindly ask that if our spaces are full, please park on the street where there is always plenty of available parking.
My child is sick and can no longer attend, what happens with my ticket?
As a mum I get it, it's so difficult when your little ones are sick and you've booked an activity in. We unfortunately can not provide refunds but we can provide 1 transfer per ticket if notified before 4pm the day prior. Please note there is a $5 admin fee for the transfer. If your little one is sick the morning of, we recommend passing your ticket onto a friend and they can attend in your place.
Do you include any nuts, eggs or dairy in the messy play?
No we do not include any products with nuts, eggs or dairy. Please note however that it is not a nut, egg or dairy free venue. We sell coffee and during our weekday sessions children are free to bring in their lunchboxes. Despite frequent cleaning we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of the above in our space.
