Hi, I’m Maddy, Mum to Poppy and the creator of Make a Mess with Poppy, lovingly named after my daughter.

I’ve owned and operated a nannying and babysitting business on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 7 years and absolutely love working with children. Watching little ones explore, create, and learn through hands-on sensory experiences and imaginative play is something I’m incredibly passionate about.

As a mum myself, I understand how valuable messy play can be for a child’s development, confidence, and creativity. But also know how difficult it can be to organise at home. That’s why I love creating fun, engaging, and stress free messy play experiences for families to enjoy together.

At Make a Mess with Poppy, my goal is to provide a fun and welcoming space where children can learn through play, parents can enjoy the experience without worrying about the clean up, and everyone can embrace the magic of getting a little messy!
